Yesterday (07/27/22) I order pizza for my kids and like every other time I order pizza from this location and by the time I get home the food is always cold that I have to reheat, something is always missing. Isn’t the point of ordering take out is to have your food hot and ready to eat. Food doesn’t taste the same as it should. Always disappointing when going to this Pizza Hut location.

I arrived at the place at 11:10 pm, the person in charge of attending the public was talking. After waiting about 10 minutes I started calling to place the order by phone and they hung up on me. When I get to it I see the man hanging up the call, I ask him why he does it and in a very bad manner he tells me that he is alone and cannot answer the phone, return to the Window to make the order.

Do get what I ordered! Asked for very light cheese because a family member has cholesterol and was given regular cheese. This was not the first time this happened. Totally dissatisfied!!
