Every time we come to this Panera we have to wait on the numbered parking for our food. Even if there is no other cars in the drive thru. On top of that we wait for about 10min and our order is missing items or is wrong. Now im waiting another 10min for my husband to go inside the building and order again and wait again.

Best Panera i’ve visited!! The group of ladies that take my order are always so sweet and kind! I take my pup with me and they always offer her a pup cup and it brings me so much joy 🤍 customer service is amazing & food always comes out quick!

If I can put no stars I would! I USED to come here all the time and I recently had a horrible experience here. I had the curbside pickup and ordered they’re green passion smoothie and as I drinking it I felt little pieces of what I thought was crushed ice in the smoothie, when I felt a larger piece and decided to chew it I realized it was a piece of PLASTIC and when removed the lids and moved the smoothie around with a spoon I saw a lot of PIECES OF PLASTIC as if one of they’re plastic lids was blended with the smoothie! It was so much I had to use a strainer to see how much plastic was really in my smoothie Completely unacceptable! When I went they’re restaurant they’re manager didn’t even offer me a refund, just a cookie or dessert and an email not even a phone number. I still haven’t heard back from anyone nor have I gotten my money back!
