The office staff called to reschedule our March appointment because Dr. Williamson had a vacation. My son and I had to wait 4 additional weeks to accommodate his vacation. Today, April 25th my appointment was at 4:00 pm. We entered the office at 4:07 pm. No one greeted us, no one would make eye contact with us. I had to walk around to the lady and give her our names. She said she had to go in the back to make sure we could be seen because of their 5 minute late policy. She came back 2 minutes later to say we had to reschedule. Even though at our last appointment we had to wait on them for over 10 minutes. To say the least, very upset and they now lost an entire family of 4 as patients. It doesn’t seem to matter to them they lost our business.

Excellent care by a caring, knowledgeable dentist! Dr. Williamson provided high quality dental care!! Definitely one of the best in town!!
