They are a horrible company, they have a tenant at 905 Walnut St who is very inconsiderate of his neighbors. Playing extremely loud violence promoting what he calls music, it can be heard 2 blocks away. Champion was contacted about this issue, we were told to contact police. When we do that, their tenant see the police, turns the so called music down until they are gone and turns it back up. Champion was contacted about how many neighbors needs to sign a petition to remove said tenant. Still waiting on a response. Another issue with Champion is they buy rental properties knowing the tenants have animals, which should be grandfathered in because you knew tenants had them. They expect these people who have lived in the same place with their animals to get rid of their animals. I would never rent from such a company, they are just as bad as their inconsiderate tenant.

One of the agents called me today but that doesn't mean I'll get the house that I inquired about as since I'm the first one asking about it the house is just now being taken care of it has not been finished the gentleman told me today probably next week or two so I called today they don't know what the rent will be so I'll just have to wait but I am going to put an application in and if I pay for it don't get approved then I'll lose it

Do not rent from this company. They will keep your deposit with rediculous reasoning and bogus amounts about having to resurface floors etc, no , from the condition the house was in previously, and it being already for rent , they are not redoing any floors or anything else but keeping the money. They are crooks, plain and simple.
