This place is great, it’s like shopping in a market in Vietnam. Good prices and carry most everything.

Definitely not the biggest Asian market around but Saigon has a better selection of southeast Asian foods and some other more rare items that other markets don't have. If you make any southeast Asian cuisine, you should probably start shopping here for ingredients.

I did not see any Chinese beans overthere.
I'm not the owner but yes they do, fresh shipments are on Fridays in the afternoon
