Decent spot close to App State campus. Stopped in for a quick lunch with some students. Service was quick and friendly. Food was barely serviceable and I only ate it because I was in a hurry. Fries weren't fresh and the shrimp in the po boy tasted like they had been re-fried, maybe more than once. Super overcooked. I remember when this first opened as Mellow Mushroom in college and it was more fun then. Will probably come back but try something else next time.

For vegetarians they have salads, and four items on the menu for kids. Probably about 30 TV's, which was great for watching the game. We had to get up and ask for napkins, plates, and silverware because our first appetizer was delivered in a rush by someone other than our server without asking if we needed anything else. I tried asking the young lady clearing the table beside us for silverware but she told me I'd have to ask my server for it, which made me think for a moment that maybe I had accidentally approached a customer, since there were no uniforms and most of the waitresses all seemed to wear comfortable or revealing clothes that a customer might wear while going out, such as sweat pants and crop tops. I've never been a waitress or know how things might work in that line of business, but in my experience elsewhere, even the bus boy would (notify my server or) be happy to bring me a set of utensils instead of making me track her down myself on a busy game night. Maybe she was new or something. Someone in my party was disappointed to see that a different table was served the cheesesteak sub after the server told him that it wasn't an option since they were out of the cheesesteak ingredients. She could have specified that they were out of steak but chicken was still an option, which he would have still enjoyed. I made sure to ask if chicken was still an option when she tried to tell me the same. I ordered the personal size cheese steak pizza with chicken and while it did cover the whole plate, the meat was either stingy or not properly disbursed. Since there is no tomato sauce in a cheese steak and the cheese was nothing special, I asked for ranch to dip it in. They must have been very busy that night because we had to request that someone take our used plates out of the way but I can say that our server did check in with us whenever she had the chance. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience even though we had to raise a brow in confusion a few times. No one in our party seemed too upset or complained about the establishment. We would likely come again for the next game.
