I cannot attest to the level of justice given or the fairness of the court, since I only just passed by, but it is a cool courthouse. It is not, however, historic, as it burned in the 1970s and was rebuilt soon after. It led to the passage of the Virginia Records act, which required certain records to be kept in tandem in Richmond. It has war memorials and cannons, which are very cool as well. Worth a stop if in Fincastle. Cheers.
