I was really hopeful in taking my four month old puppy here that he would have a positive introduction to grooming, but that just wasn’t the case. As per policy, I signed him up for a ‘Mini-Groom,’ so that he could get a bath and have his paw pads, face, and sanitary areas cleaned up. I was also clear that it was his first grooming experience. Our groomer was very nice and polite when taking our puppy back. When I heard two hours later my dog was ready, I paid, tipped, and waited for my dog. First, the worker who went back to get my dog tried to give me someone else’s dog, with my dog’s collar on. A bit scary, but the name tags got mixed up and mistakes happen. After walking out with my correct dog I noticed that my dog was still damp and none of the areas that were supposed to be trimmed had been touched, nor were his nails. I went back and asked if he truly was done since the name tags had gotten mixed up and was told he was. After some questioning the cashier finally got the groomer to come out and she told me my dog had had an accident when being blow dried (from knowing my dog that happened do to him being frightened) and needed to be bathed again and nothing else was done in order to prevent him from becoming more stressed. While terminating the appointment was absolutely the right thing to do, I wish I had been told when I was notified to come pick up my pup, while paying, or when he came out, not only after persistent questioning.

Due to high demand, we have limited availability for new pups under 40lbs. Our first avaliable are usually 4 weeks out, and will require a $40 deposit for brand new clients. For existing clients: 1. Pre-book while picking up your pup from a grooming appointment. We can pre-book as far as 1 year. 2. Text us at 919-869-7265 and let us know what service you'd like and the preferred date/time or simply first available appointment.
We offer walk-in nail grinding/clip service. We do required all dogs to have their RABIES vaccine up-to-date, please bring your pup's vaccination record.
