Personally had a wonderful experience. Sales associates were respectful and not intrusive. I felt comfortable browsing without being pressured or judged. My favorite brands were easy to find!

This is a nice area however the store is located at three sights within two and half blocks. Everyone was helpful and smiled. You can’t see womens clothing and ladies shoes at same store. Having another store for shoes is nice just not as convenient parking can be hassle since if on Main Street you must feed the meters. Go a block or two and walk if you want free parking. In front of woman and mens store only meters. Good selection of designers

I saw stairs and elevator when I was in one of the Saks buildings in Greenwich, CT. I don't know if there are escalators.
