Our experience with Premier Homes has been very good and we would recommend them to anyone. Our first contact was William Rebol. He was very helpful, pleasant and patient. Every question that we had he was quick to give us an answer. We enjoyed working with William very much. Once our house was set our contact was Shawn Winchester. Shawn was very helpful, knowledgeable and always did exactly what he told us he would do. Shawn and his crew especially Jason always did a great job. We not only built a beautiful home but we formed friendships during the process. I believe if it is off the wheels or frame it is a better quality. And I also believe a modular is better than a manufactured one. But I'm not sure positively sure. I would call a modular place and ask. I know if they're HUD approved they used to be better quality. And considered a true modular. Maybe things have changed so please double check
