Justin the manager spent several minutes on phone guiding us into park as our gps failed and his wife met us as we pulled into the park to park us very nice couple. Nice clean safe park with level concrete pads and full hook ups shows signs of well kept park quiet close location to town we stewed in 40 Ft motor home with tow. Will definitely stay here again when in the area Wi-Fi signal good also

I can not fully express how happy we are with our stay at Whitetail Woods. We used a gravel site and it perfectly fit the needs of our rv. From the beginning of the reservation process to our checkout and future reservations...Justin helped us with every aspect. We had a delay due to tire issues and were unsure if we would make the first night of our reservation. He offered to refund without hesitation. Thankfully, we made it. The 2nd night, there were severe storms and tornado sirens were going off...we watched Justin help all of the residents to safety. This is our first stay and we have no need to look elsewhere. This is where we will book every time. Thank you! Note: it is helpful to have to dirty water stands to elevate your hose.

There is really nothing wrong with this RV Park. It was just not for us. We like a camping vibe and this is more of an RV park for workers in the area. No fire pits or picnic tables at the campsites. There were pic nic tables in the grass but the ticks were so bad we were not comfortable sitting at them. We were in 15 and the site was way too small for our 40 ft toy hauler. We stuck out in the road. And the site next to us was right on top of us which wasn’t necessary considering most of the sites were empty. We got that site because of the pond but when we got there we realized it was fenced off and we were not allowed near it. We never saw anyone just outside hanging out or even cooking out. Granted the winds were beyond ridiculous a lot of days. Also you better know your site number coming in because you may have to find your site by yourself like we did. It’s a little confusing because there’s not really an office or one defined entrance to the campground. Everything is sort of spread out and a little confusing. In 3 years we have not been as unlevel as we were there. We had to go buy a platform for the bottom of the steps so we could get in and out of our rig safely. This would be a great place for local workers. It’s clean. Quiet. Owners are very nice but if you’re looking for a camping atmosphere this is really not it.

I cannot write a review that adequately describes the awesome experience we received at Whitetail Woods RV park. First, the campground is in a perfect location near Stillwater. Everything is clean and sites are nice and level. Now, the rest of the story. On our way to the campground on a very dark night, we hit a deer. The accident disabled our truck and trailer. We cannot thank the campground owner and others in Stillwater enough for helping us in our time of need. It is so refreshing to know there are people like the good folks in Stillwater Oklahoma who will come to your aid without hesitation. This is a great campground. Just fantastic people.
