The food hasn't been good anymore for some reason. They're hasn't been any chicken before the bone on both drumsticks and thighs. The pico de gallo tonight was not fresh and did smell old rotten like and tasted that way. Just to be honest and unfortunately I didn't get my money back because I was still busy at home

Took like 10 minutes for 5 people to place orders. Trash on tables food on the floor. 2 employees on break or just dgaf no more. Maybe we all were having a bad day. Plenty of chicken in my nachos though.

Check you're food before you leave my food was only wrapped in uluminum foil and when I checked it was cold not even warm not gonna come back it was odd to me the employee didn't give me a receipt when I went Inside to ask the employee my order was off they I waited till they attended people afterwards they just looked at me like I was crazy waiting at the front.

No stars at all (selected 1 start to be able to post)! 2nd. time we've been to this place. First time no drinks were available and they did not want to refund us our drink money our tacos were just tossed into the plate, looked like chicken and tortillas and not tacos. Gave it another try today. Today's order, we asked for no rice on bowl combo and guess what? I got rice! I also asked no rice on Classic Tostada and again I got rice. Cashier Edith seems like she does not want to be there. Elizabeth person in charge (did not want to confirm if she was the manager) said we should call corporation and hung up when we called to let them know that our order was wrong and also we did not get the flour tortillas for our bowl.
