Would there be any surprise? They rejected a document filled out by my doctor. How much more biased can they get. Im sure alot more. Even if you have All the required documents, it depends on who you get to process and how they FEEL about you're handicap. Now I have to start all over again and go someplace else

Line was long, but went fast, lady who helped me was friendly and helpful. In and out quickly. One of my better experiences at DMV.

Very friendly and professional place. Wait times are very reasonable if you don't have an appointment, but I highly recommend setting up an appointment if possible. The staff tries to get everyone in and out within 30 minutes. If you have your paper work ready, it is very easy.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Didn't end up getting there until well after 4 pm (so sorry to the staff for being so late!) but the staff got through the long line pretty quickly. I was out of there just after 5 with everything I needed. I can't remember the name of the nice lady that helped me yesterday, but I'm grateful for her kindness and efficiency. I have a genetic condition that causes pain, and I was getting to my physical limit when she got me out and on my way. Thank you all so much for all you do! I know DMV workers get a bad wrap, but you all are wonderful and so many of us appreciate you and all you so! Stay safe!!

From the DMV website: Arizona driving license renewal fees vary depending on the age of the holder of the Arizona driver's license. The process of renewing your drivers licenses is, in fact updating your information until you turn 65. Drivers are required to pay a fee of $12 for each update.
You do not have to go in to renew. If you search Google for "renew Arizona drivers license", it will take you directly to the correct page. I would post the link, but it wouldn't be clickable or copyable.
