The first floor main level have nice rooms but it seems like a front. They have a hall that has 3 stories. I was visiting on the 2nd floor. The entire walk through 1st & 2nd floors smelled of stale human waste. It smells permeated in the carpets and fills the air. It smells so bad that I almost vomited. The staff is neglectful. On one visit before the move to the 2nd floor hall, we specifically asked for her to be changed. It was over 40 minutes and no one came yet. We had to go to the front desk and no one was there either. We finally found someone walking down the hallway to inquire regarding when someone would be available to change her. Waited another ten minutes or so for a person to come in. When we walked out once we were sure someone would cbange her, we saw three staff sitting on a parking block curb in the parking lot smoking. If this is the level of neglect afforded when visitors are present, it is sad to imagine what residents have to endure when they have no friends or family visiting to advocate on their behalf. No one should have to sit in their own waste without help when clearly several people were available.
