Service was fast but my pizza was burnt and hard. Seems it was sitting there for hours, I didn't even get a receipt. Little Caesars is usually good but this was gross.

Most horrible pizza I have had in my entire life. The pizza was an insult to the name pizza. If you dont have the skillsets or willingness to make a simple pizza then don’t.

This franchise might want to rethink the "hot and ready" part of their advertisement because, well, that's very seldom the case at this place. Hot 1/2 the time; ready nearly never. Tastes great, though, so no complaints there.

I love this place because it’s convenient to where I live but the employees are really young almost high school age maybe and to be honest lack customer service I waited in the drive-through for quite some time while several employees looked at me-nobody said anything like “we will be right with you” and one even kind of stared at me and didn’t even smile. I understand that it was busy and I don’t have a problem waiting but when I’m spending money Customer service is important to me. And to be honest the customers that they were attending to looks like just some friends hanging out that they were chatting with…..
