My 11 year old daughter forgot the keys to our house inside. I Googled locksmiths in the area, but only Mike picked up. After a few phone calls he showed up. He was able to open the garage door. I am so glad he came out even though it was really late at night. Highly recommended!

- Called around 7pm for a key to a car to be cut and programmed.mike Tells me he will be there in a hour so no worries. Well that takes till 9pm he messages me saying he got behind on another call (which I understand probably happens regularly) but then continues to tell me he’s otw which I’m fine with at this point it’s 930pm fine with that. The. He texts me back after saying he was on the way and mind you I only live 25 min from there shop, he texted me around 10:30 saying his truck broke down… then tells me he can come in the morning and will also give me 50$ off. It’s the morning time now mike as well as als locksmith # itself won’t answer or return any calls Wouldn’t recommend to any one, extremely unprofessional.

called this guy around 3pm to have him come over to make a set of keys he tells me it will be about a hour to come to me he then text me 1hr later saying he is on the way after he goes to the bank and needs to know the model of my car 4 hrs go by no text or anything I ask him where he was at he says he's at a lock out convention that starts at 4 why would he text me at 4 saying he is on the way when he is supposedly at this convention and didn't let me know anything until afterwards he is super unprofessional and I do not recommend this guy at all if you are busy let your customers know don't have them waiting for hours waiting on you I would highly recommend everybody to find somewhere else to go and really read through all the bad reviews this guy has because they all say around the same thing good luck to you sir and safe travels
