Do not attempt to do any kind of Business with them. Bus 148 was on Degan highway I-87 driving like a maniac on a bus putting everyone at risk. This occurred on Sunday September 4 at 5:30pm. Whoever that driver is should be terminated. Will also report company to the DOT

The people in this business supposed to show courtesy to the people who are sick & take thier services b'cause they take more than enough money the medicaid & medicare pays them for their terrible service,no air-conditioning in the summer & heat in the winter can someone in government office check into this,thank you.

Sad! How are they still open? They should not be allowed to pick up disabled persons. They are unprofessional, not safe, not compassionate, and rude to those in need. How are they still open? I will never use them ever again. Who sets standards for transportation companies?

I am the Dispatcher for Happycare transportation. The owners and my co-workers are the only people I would work with and it is a small crew that take on so much. We a small family. Who actually cares about the people we transport. The fact 75 percent of our clients has the dispatcher personal number which is me. We are not not like any other company. We care if we didn’t we be just like any other company and we are not! Our job as a company is to service our clients, and friends because after so many years that is what we become! Unfortunately the distaste has happened don’t mean we can’t take it and learn from our mistakes!We as a company want to be the best for you and ourselves!
