I'd give 0 if I could. Berwick Pennsylvania post office is the worst I've ever dealt with. Ten years of this. Constantly delivers the towns mail to my address which I have to deliver because he won't take it back & it varies from 3 streets away to my next door neighbors. Won' t take a letter out of my box if I'm sending out so i always have to take it myself. Leaves packages in pouring rain with no plastic bag to cover it. Won't shut my mail slot so my mail is just hanging out of it. Steals coupons. If you write "return to sender" because its a former occupent, he just brings it right back to me instead of returning to original sender. Attitudes are horrible from my mailman & in the office as well. Just terrible honestly. I use to give the mail carriers in my past homes holiday cards with money. I don't do that anymore that I live here. It's not deserved. Smh

I had to stop to get a change of address taken care of and the manager came out and I’m pretty sure everything will be good now. Thank you very much and Merry Christmas!

I haven’t gotten any mail now for two weeks. Not even junk mail. I went to the office and they told me that there hasn’t been anything for a while. No answer why I’m not even getting the adds for the food stores.

Terrible at the actual office. They have lost 4 packages of mine in the last year, all claimed to be delivered. The most recent, I was outside as the truck pulled away so I know no one stole it. Tried to talk to the post master but she was "too busy". I was offered their phone number which I called 37 times a few days ago and no one ever answers. can't help you, I was told. I would give zero stars if I could.
