This place Sucked! They have u sign n on your phone & ask the reason for your visit & if your not buying something & go for problems with your device u wait. I was in there for a half hour & not 1 employee said anything to me so I left.

Brad gave top notch customer service. Went above and beyond taking care of us .no pressure and actually spent time Answering questions and concerns. Didn't get the other two employees names but we all had good laughs and walked out happy. That to me is how all customer service should be.

Two of the employees working were not at all interested in telling me more about the Pixel 3 I was looking at and were not at all knowledgeable about one of the KEY new features I wanted to know about (call screening). I'll stick to the Royal Oak location, they're always super helpful!!!

Not sure. I have been with Verizon since 1996 when they were Airtouch cellular. I bought my phone out right and my contract will end when my daughters phone is paid in full 9 months. If you buy a phone from them you are under contract. If you have your own that may change things.

It should pop up automatically when your location realizes that you're at the Verizon store. If the main menu is not popping up turn your location services on.
