We went there and worked with David. He asked what we needed out of a cart first. He then explained all the differences between a gas cart and an electric cart. He helped us decide a gas cart would best suit our needs. After discussing colors and other options, we decided on a cart that had everything but the right color. We decided to “settle” with it. After we signed the paperwork and left, David called me and told me he had worked it out to get the color we wanted at no more expense or delay. David stayed in contact informing us of progress while the cart was being built. When we picked up the cart, it was everything we expected and more! Billy walked us through everything the cart had to offer and assisted us in loading it to include showing us how to safely tie it down. This was an overall great experience. I’m sure we will be back for a little more “bling” for the cart. Thanks for a great experience! We are glad we didn’t go elsewhere.

**UPDATE** We spoke to the owner after the initial review and he made things right by refunding the price of the new head lights. We purchased our golf cart almost 2 years ago. They were very nice and helpful and a good price. But I guess that’s where their service ends. 2 weeks ago we were having trouble getting our batteries to charge. We brought the cart to them to check our less than 2 year old batteries AFTER calling and being told to just bring it in. When we got there they were very rude and reluctantly checked the batteries and said they were ALL bad. So 800.00 later got new batteries. Went camping the next day and come to find out they DID NOT hook our headlights back up, so my husband did. Last weekend went camping again and our less than 2 year old LED headlights are out. Went in yesterday to get new ones and told them what happened and that they did not reconnect them and again they were very uncaring and rude not only to us but to an employee. So another 214.00 later we have our headlights but will NOT return to this business. They are happy to sell you a cart but after the sale they could not care less about their customers. And now I wonder if all 8 of my batteries were really bad 🤔

I would not recommend using this business. They will not fix their mistakes. They were suppose to put an upgraded controller in my cart, which they did not. I asked several times to provide the spec sheet before the build to ensure they did not forget anything. I never received the spec sheet. They also forgot to put a gun rack on the cart. There are many other cart companies to use and I strongly encourage you to find one. They do not care to make things right.
