They do not tell you when your personal training deal is up, so if you go over by just a day they charge you. There is no where to check that information unless the year prior you write it down, its not online, its not in the system when you check in, and your personal trainer wont tell you. And when you ask the front desk why there was no type of notification they say its your responsibility although its impossible to find that info. I got a snarky response of "well you signed the contract, so you kind of have to deal with it if its in there" Gross behavior.

My 2 weeks free trial starts out with a $70 charge on day 2. It’s going to cost me $100 to quit before I get charged with a $20 yearly maintenance fee on my second monthly installment. At my fist appointment with training program a kid half my age insults me by asking if I have a college degree. He told me I sit around too much in my life. All building up to shame me into a training program from a “college” educated trainer. I'm a Military Veteran and I won’t tolerate that kind of disrespect. One star for a nice facility.

This review is long over due! Denise Gulotta is one of the very best Power instructors I have had the pleasure of attending her classes. She is strong, friendly, and fun! She makes the time fly by in her classes, yet follows close attention that her students use proper form and technic. If you have the opportunity to attend one of Denise's classes I highly recommend it!
