Brought my M440i in for Full Front PPF and Full Ceramic Coating. So far so good, but have the car garaged to allow the PPF to cure. Kyle took several calls from me and answered all of my initial questions.I received full instructions on how to care for the car and will look forward to many years of protection. Only surprise was that STEK DynoShield was supposed to look super glossy and I was looking forward to a mirror shine. Update: I have to drop a star for my review ratings because there were film imperfections and dust underneath the PPF. I brought it back twice and each time it was worse. I was told it would never be perfect as they don't have a dust controlled room. I would disagree as when Chris was squeezing out the film, he should have seen the bumps and maybe try to clean it. Now I have over a dozen dust bumps and left it as is. I would have expected perfect for the amount of money that was paid. Update2: Will reached out to me to replace the bumper wrapping and I will hold off on this for the time being. As I stated their customer service is excellent.

Stek Front Paint Protection and and C-Quartz Finest Reserve Ceramic Coating. This was a great experience, and I am very happy with the result. Everything was great until it came time to settle the bill. You don't accept AmEx - OK, I understand that is mot the most cost effective card. Next I was presented with an iPhone which on the first page suggested I give you a tip! 15% 20% 25% on a $5100+ invoice. I explained that I didn't consider this a business that would merit a tip. You embarrassed me and made me feel uncomfortable. I tip very generously when appropriate. In my opinion tipping is appropriate when people are underpaid and are dependent on tips to live and where there is personal interaction -eg waiters, taxi/Uber drivers, car wash employees etc. These people get 20%-30% from me. I assume you are not paying minimum wage or if you are you should be ashamed. You are far from the only game in town and certainly not the cheapest. I have been complimented on the appearance of my car a few times already and asked which company performed the work. I respond truthfully - XUltimate Autoworks, they do great work but sadly I cannot recommend them due to their greed at the point of payment and how that makes you feel. I will not be returning for regular cleaning. What a poor business model.

The amount of 5 star reviews should speak for themselves. However, I will add that Will and the team at Xclusive far exceeded my expectations. Prior to applying Cquartz Pro, the team was able to remove scratches and swirls that I had previously thought were permanent (especially on the piano black B pillars). The paint has never been so smooth, nor held so much gloss and depth, and looks better than when it rolled off the factory line.

Great experience from Rick and his team mates. They gone above and beyond to resolve some serious issues I had with my 911 GTS's headlights. The result is more than acceptable and saved me a ton of money from replacing the headlights. Thanks!
