I used Plush Nail Bar 1st out of convenience- because it is close to my work and I had a nail emergency. I was impressed that they worked to fit me in last minute -AND- at the end of their day. The place is fresh and clean looking with all the staff being very easy going. I super appreciated my nail tech, Ruby. She explained what she thought would be best for my gel manicure/acrylic fix and was so pleasant throughout the appt. No forced talk and very focused. I will be going back to Plush Nail Bar now, knowing I get quality work with a great experience.

I had a very bad experience, the staff was friendly but the person doing my nails cut back my cuticle on my big toe. It was very painful at the time and bled a lot, four days later and its still very visible and painful. She also cut around the cuticle on my baby finger. Very disappointed. I will not go back again.
