We had an appointment for two services at the Nolensville location. They called to let us know their equipment was malfunctioning and we could call the Spring Hill store and see if they could accommodate us. We called Spring Hill and explained the situation. They told us if we were there by 3 they could. I immediately told them we were near the Nolensville location so it would be around 3:15. The person on the phone stated that would be fine due to them already having a large bridal party there. We walked in the door at 3:18 and were told we had to pick one service or another due to not meeting the policy listed on their website of being there 15 minutes before an appointment. I explained we specifically asked that question before driving the extra 30 minutes to their location. They told us the policy is on the website and that is what they go by. I was very disappointed in the level of customer service. While I understand policies, when your staff gives guidance it should be honored.

This was my first time at this salt therapy spa, but not my first time experiencing one. From a moms stand point I’m pretty dang disappointed. The place was super nice, clean and really cool! But, it definitely doesn’t feel like a wellness place that’s “family” based. I’ve been to salt spas where there were toys for children to play with during the sessions and young children did not have to pay the same as adult prices. I had a 2 year old and two 7 month olds (twins) and we each had to pay full price. Well, $17.00 each for March’s special. So to be honest, regular salt therapy wellness visits won’t be a thing for my family unfortunately due to that reason. For some feedback, it would be nice to offer customers a child price (certain ages and bellow) or offer a family membership. Unless family wellness isn’t what y’all are shooting for then what y’all are doing makes sense. I owned a spa in Louisiana and always appreciated feedback, positive or negative because it showed me where I could grow if necessary.

Do you need to set up an appointment. I am interested in doing the salt cave and the foot soak.

An appointment will ensure they have space for you, but they take walkins if there are openings.

$30 and it lasts 30 minutes. If you do the foot detox the salt cave is $10. Well worth the money
