I am very impressed with this extremely busy office, Dr. Lucas and her assistant April. I've had a couple issues that I've foolishly chosen to "live with" over the years. In a nut shell, this office has not given up on me even after I've given up on myself. April is soooo diligent with her follow ups and it most certainly isn't because they're hurting for business! If I don't get in there for labs this week, April will probably show up on my door step next week! Love y'all, thanks for caring....

If you want the bare minimum of care, this is the place. Expect your calls to end up with someone who can't do more than leave messages, and expect to NEVER get a return call. Got a prescription that is out of refills? They say to call your pharmacy. Problem is, they treat the pharmacy the same way. Do they care about their patients? To your face. The staff is mostly fine, especially the phlebotomist at the Athens office associated with LabCorp (he's the only thing I still like about the place,) but if you want healthcare, stay away from here.

The doctor was nice and helpful, but this very for-profit operation billed $507 for a 10 minute office visit. Don't take their word for anything they say about insurance. Very difficult to deal with on the phone.

I am so thrilled to have received help in the time of my need pertaining to IBS. Being introduced to Ms. Paige Espenship I must tell you how she has helped me so tremendously.
