This is two times now I’ve went in there to get a job, first time they assigned me a job then NEVER send me the information of where I was suppose to go. This last time they assigned me a job, asked if they could work with me being able to get my son to daycare they said yeah and then I never heard from them again besides the text they sent me saying “ if you haven’t heard back it’s because we assigned the position and we’ll have open spot again in a week “ if I were you I wouldn’t even waste your time going in there because they will just end up giving the job to someone else!!!!

At the McDonough branch, Melody was who helped me. She went over every detail, and every step in the process, she was patient and so nice as well. After the beginning of the sit down with her she helped me with any questions I had. When I had a last minute notice that I needed to change an appointment I had, she did it with no issue and was so kind. She is an absolute Rockstar employee, and an even better person! Thanks Melody!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! So I came in for a warehouse position but when I gave my resume to the representative, he handed over to the large woman, that deals with people with clerical experience. Before even looking at my resume, she looked me up and down, and frowned. She then quickly skimmed through my resume and said something about their client wanting someone with “hands on”customer service experience. Mind you I have 14 years of customer service and clerical experience. I’m addition to working in 2 different distribution centers,I’ve worked as an event planner, patient care coordinator, and curriculum builder. So I explained that to her, and she literally came up with every excuse to try to prove I wasn’t qualified for the position ,when I clearly was more than qualified. She counted me out before she even read my “worth” in my resume, I was dressed appropriately and clean cut, I’m not sure why I was treated this way. So she gives my resume back to the guy,and he says he’ll text me the location of the warehouse client, so I can go to orientation and start work on Monday. Well the text never came and I was emailed a broken on boarding link. I called several times but was put through to voicemail. This company is unprofessional and fail to realize that their purpose is to get people employed not discriminate against them. Again do not waste your time!!!

The job I applied for didn’t mention needing experience which I was excited about because I like learning new things but after going in for my interview the lady didn’t even mention the job I applied for instead she offered a job way out of my comfort zone and couldn’t tell my the pay rate for the job she offered
