I would rate zero if I could. I have been a member for 6 years and this year will be the last. The board members constantly harassed myself and other members with law enforcement. They are using the club for themselves. There is also a myriad of health and safety concerns. Raccoons under the building soft spots in the floor etc. I could never recommend anyone join Wet pants sailing association. The current board will be the downfall of the club

The building is rather run down, but this isn't a yacht club. I like how focused it is on sailing. Relatively cheap, and has a pretty good education program.

Great place to sail a small boat out of on Great South Bay. There's always wind and every town on fire island is a short sail away.

A tranquil location with breathtaking views. Walk on the dock, to the two bathing beaches, pavilion, PUBLIC BATHROOMS,... I love it here ; . . .

Not sure about the price, but we do adults lessons from 6-8 during the week. It's great if you're interested in starting to learn, usually you will go out on a boat with a few others and an instructor. Hope this was helpful, I'm an instructor at the club.
Wet Pants has its spring cleanup this Saturday, April 28, at 11 AM. There will be lots of volunteers and lots to do as we prepare for the 2018 sailing season.
