Just leave the state, once the state loses money, they will have no choice but to do better. This court house is a joke. The lengthy wait for a trial is ridiculous and it’s not fair to us tax payers. The court system is extremely slow in Georgia, everything is slow.

I spoke with a representative named EDNA she was very rude and nasty for the start of the morning!! If you don’t have great customers service and phone skills you shouldn’t be working a job that requires you to answer phones. Hire better employees.. I needed assist and information and I WILL be filing a complaint!!

No you have to leave it in the clerk's office or pay 50 dollars to take it inside courtroom
Yes and it should be from 10 or 11am to 5pm.
You can either go/call to the Board of Assessors or call the real estate department
