Ok... so I really wanted to give them a great review. Unfortunately, what started off great was one disappointment after the next. I got a flat tire and I called around trying to find anyone who had it in stock (it was close to 5 on a Saturday so my chances were slim). I felt so blessed when Express not only had my tire, but agreed to replace it even though it was late. I rushed over there and they got to work. 20 minutes later I get a call telling me my tire was on too tight and they couldn't replace it, but they'd be happy to sell me the tire if I could find someone else willing to try to put it on. In a panic (because I have to be at the airport in the morning, and now I have even less time to fix my problem) I call everywhere and find a tire shop willing to stay open late if I bring the tire. I quickly call back Express and am told that NOW they can't sell me the tire, it was against policy. I am pretty patient... but COME ON. Someone there needs to get their stuff together. Poor management and communication at its finest. Don't waste your time here and go somewhere where they actually deliver what they promise. Not worth the risk, especially in times of distress.
