12/10 experience. Every single staff member was patient, highly respectful, and well versed in their fields. From taking their time to break anything down as I bombarded them with questions to the overall communication between themselves to ensure efficiency. They made it feel as if i was apart of the family and I appreciated the experience. They’re really a top notch team and I’ve already booked my next appointments through Apsen!

Spoke to Regional Manager Brian G. , I am Please with the amicable resolve by both the owner and Regional Mgr. reader, please note: my issue was NOT with service, nor Dentist or his work ,.. issue was with the business office Mgr who did a poor job of making my experience FLAWLESS ,.. that office Mgr is no longer with Dentistry,.. (not connected with my issue). Now i can complete what was started. Thank you Aspen

I held off writing this review in hopes Aspen Dental/ this specific location would actually cooperate with me... but its been 6 months so times up. I was active duty military at the time I went for a cleaning. United Concordia does in fact cover cleanings fully and has made it painfully clear that active duty military are not to be personally charged for cleanings. I was the only person communicating on behalf of Aspen Dental to United Concordia. Thats already ridiculous. I gave Aspen Dental all of the necessary info and more to essentially help them get paid by the insurance company. They have refused time and time again by neglecting to actually do anything within the normal scope of office work to cooperate with my insurance company. They send me the same bill for the cleaning and each time I tell them exactly what has to be done for the insurance company to send the payment to them. I absolutely can't recommend them and other dental offices have shuttered at the mention of the name. I suggest all military to steer clear and save yourself the headache. I bet they'll even respond trying to say I was never there for a cleaning or never did any of their work.

Aspen Dental in Jensen Beach is SPECTACULAR! I don't remember the names of all the girls but they are super fun, sweet, and you can see in their actions that they love what they do.. Total Dolls!! Dr. Negrut is very thorough and not only gives you a BEAUTIFUL smile, but a reason to smile.. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Jensen Beach
