First time we have stayed at a place this nice and this expensive. We were worried about all the rules but it was much more laid back than I thought it would be. We had no issues and enjoyed the wifi and cable which we have never had before. Spacious and kids loved it. Nice pool and all the other amenities were nice. If I had to ding this place on one thing it would be having to pay a fee to lock in a specific spot. I mean really, people are already paying top dollar, why nickel and dime people?

Very well maintained, nice concrete pads. Big rig friendly. They are currently expanding again but the noise wasn't bad.

Such a nice place with big concrete pads & good customer service. The bath houses are very clean & air conditioned with nice laundry facilities. Adult pool & a nice family pool plus golf cart rentals. They have also installed 2 big fountains in the lake.We stay here 2-3 times a year & highly recommend staying here.It is perfect for big rigs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a very nice and immaculate park. The spots were large concrete pads. The lady in the office was very nice. The facilities were all large and clean. My favorite part was the pool, it really made us feel like we were on vacation! It’s about a 15 minute drive to FloraBama and gulf shores state park which was beautiful. We also really enjoyed the restaurant called LuLus that was close by on the canal with great food, arcade, and live music! We would definitely return.

They do have 50 amp drive thru spots. Very nice facilities. The bathhouses with shower facilities are very impressive. Two pools and 2 firepits are great too.
As far as I know they do have monthly rates but I am not sure how many months they allow you to stay.
1200.00. Plus electric and water
They is a 50 amp, 30 amp and a 110v outlet at each site in a power pedastal
No but they have pickle ball, corn hole boards, bicycles, two swimming pools, hot tub, walking trails, paddle boats & a fenced in play area for dogs.

No cabins, all RV. NICE park
Not that I've been told.
I didn't see any tent areas. Your best route is to call them.
Right now the trails at Pandion are closed (as of Sept. When we were there) because of the expansion construction being built.
I’m sure they will. Just call and ask.
Yep, no cabins for rent. There is a Yogi campground near Elberta, AL that has cabins if I remember correctly.
That you have to negotiate with the office
No campfire.
Pets are allowed on a leash and they have a doggie park close to the office area
They have cabins for rent, but I do not remember how many.
Call them and ask
One of them is it's the smaller of the two. Adults only.
You'll have to call the resort directly.
Yes they are. if they go outside they require you to pick it up. They even have a fenced in spot that you can put your dog in. But you must stay with your pet. They seemed a little strict. I parked beside the camper we stayed in. For extra privacy. And they came by and told us we had to move our vehicle. That there was "adequate" parking on both sides. It didn't make much sense to me because all it is , is 1 big slab of cement. But I just moved it. For the price though. I think next time I'll just rent a room somewhere 5 miles from the shore. It'll cost about the same. And its about the same distance.
All sites have 30/50 amp service and range $59 to $79 plus tax per night thru the rest of 2019. Thanks for checking!
Not on the beach. About 10 minutes from it. Closed campground to the beach is the one by gulf state park
We do not have tent camping at Pandion Ridge, but you could try the Gulf State Park, or South Port, both of which are in Gulf Shores, AL. Thanks for checking with us~
