I have been getting my nails done for more than 15 years and this is the worse experience I’ve ever had at the nail shop. First of all it was my first time getting my nails done at this establishment and they were very rude and condescending. They charged me $25 for just a gel polish on my toes with no pedicure. Once I inquired about the pricing they began speaking about me in their language. I was then sent to a older man to do my nails. He glued the wrong tips onto my hands after I told him I wanted a French tip. After gluing the wrong nails to my hand he told me I would have to pay for the service that would be required with this particular set of tips. Please stay away from this business!

KIM! 🙌🏾 She is so sweet and ensures you are satisfied. I met her while being serviced by another technician. I was unhappy with the lack of attention to detail. She immediately offered to remedy the situation (FREE OF CHARGE). I have been her client ever since.

I used to go to this place 10 years ago. It was very good then. Now it's a hit or miss. Your nails can be good one time and not the next. The guy who does nails towards the front, cut my nails without asking me and I was so upset. I don't use fake nails. I always have gel powder on top of my nails for over 23 years. I basically had to start over and he acted like he was more upset than I was but he made the mistake and I paid for it. I work in the medical field so I prefer not to wear fake tips. Pedicures are usually good but nails another story..hit or miss. It used to be a great place..
