Highly recommend! Really glad I switched from The Orthopedic Center in Madison to SportsMed. I walked in one Mon morning as soon as they opened -- without an appointment -- with a broken elbow and Dr Yu was good enough to see me immediately. Was so impressed based on all my visits with Dr Yu that I have also made an appointment with SportsMed's spine specialist. I also highly recommend SportsMed PT center.

Not sure they have physical therapy not seen fitness center

I have an appointment with Taylor Clark today at 3:15 (Dr Dixit) . Are there forms I can download? fill out at home and bring in with me?? I do see forms but state a certain doctor only. Thank you.
