I've read all the 1 star reviews. My experience with CARGO CRAFT TRAILERS has been great from start to finish. I admit that communication can be difficult on occasions. They have constant issues with their phone lines due to no fault of theirs. Send an email, call again.... there is no parts department..... its a small business. They do great work. We purchased a trailer, ordered some upgrades, everything they told us, they did! We've contacted them a couple times with questions. They happily warranted a part. We were running late to get there and they waited fur us!! We would buy from them again and we would recommend them. IF YOU'RE PATIENT and call again, nicely, you'll get nice treatment. Like everyone else, they're struggling with our economy, lack of help and day to day issues. It's a small business doing the best they can and their best is excellent. Very, very nice people!!!! Excellent product.

Absolute WORST experience I've ever had with a "parts" department. Called and left messages, never called back! When I finally got someone to order the parts they got my number and said they would call me back. No call back from them, I had to call them back! Parts I needed were in stock and ready to ship when I ordered them and they ran my card! I was told they would be here the first of this week! (GA to SC) Its the end of the week and when I called (Friday) to see where they were, I was told they haven't even shipped yet! When asked why, I was told "I have no Logical answer for that"!

I pulled into this place with a vent axle on my trailer. Their crew was standing there waiting for me like a nascar pit crew. They changed my axle, re packed wheel bearings on the rear axle and was out back on the road in under an hour. Highly recommend. Everyone there was awesome

I recently purchased a 8.5x16 enclosed trailer, unfortunately I had a problem with the roof when I got home, one phone call to Donna, she connected me with Mark, and they sent a tech 4 hours one way to pick the trailer up on Sunday. I called on Monday to get a estimate on adding a plywood ceiling since the rest of the trailer already had plywood walls. I was not asking ,nor looking for anything for free. Mark called me Tuesday and said my trailer will be delivered the following Sunday with a complimentary plywood ceiling for my troubles. Great customer service, very polite employees! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
