Erica was so helpful. We had been trying to reserve our storage unit in Ruskin. Even though she does not manage the Ruskin location she drove from the Wimauma location to the Ruskin location to assist me. She was great in resolving any issues and making sure we had units booked. I believe her customer service skills make her a great asset to the company!
