They do a shut off ever so often. I think to save money or fix things. Those nights or days I'm burning up and wake up sweating. I wish the website would allow a "easy" check or "payment" I have to use the app.I also remember when u called to check ur balance it would tell u how much watts where used not sure if that was due to location I'll give the benefit of doubt that that's the case. I don't understand why its such a hassle for lights and as well as water. Sad world we live in. Wish it was simpler.

It's sad when the power goes out you see Comcast trucks out repairing lines before you see their trucks. Upsets you when you see their crews taking a smoke break and power hasn't been restored to any of the houses. They seem to forget the elderly at home alone in the dark. SMH😡

It goes off with no warning. We are senior citizens with a freezer full of food and with pandemic we took care of having food without having to go out. But this back woods county they don't even bother to let you know. They say storms on emergency number when after the storm (25hrs) we had Ser now after hours they turn it off and you can't get them on the phone an hour before closing. In other words go solar if possible.
