Exceptional service -- they even stayed open a bit past closing time when I called ahead to say I forgot to get the sourdough bread to compliment my chickpea soup tonight. I shop here for better quality of meats and I like the assorted goat cheeses. I feel Columbia is so fortunate to have Tallgrass Meat Co.
