Positive: The location was amazing, literally less than 2 minutes walking from the beach. It is also located 10 minutes from John's Pass Boardwalk and near cute outdoor parks. Overall, I would rent again. Negative: Hmm. I would suggest that they update their "lobby", I was a bit skeptical checking in, but our room was clean with a hint of cigarette smoke, perfume helped and bring your own bodywash/shampoo. Not a 5 star, but worth it.

Positive: Old Florida feeling, not luxury but very pleased because I got exactly what I expected. Nice clean room, old but well kept. Nice walking distance dining. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Negative: Hotel was fine, will stay agin.

Spotless room,comfortable bed, fridge, coffee maker and cold air. The siesta motel is just what we were looking for. Just a quiet place to lay our heads after a long day. If a party atmosphere is what you're looking for, this is not your place. Our party days are long behind us so this was perfect. Ever been to them motels where the people in the next room seem to have brought half the bar back with them at 2:00 a.m.? Yeah, us too. That's not going to happen at the siesta. That's why we stayed here. I don't get some of the negative reviews. Maria in the office explained everything at check-in. The security deposit, the visitor and pet policy, check out time ect.
