Our experience here was AMAZING!! We absolutely loved the food. Came in on a Monday evening, and the restaurant was not too busy - it seemed like the other customers were regulars. We ordered the cold soybean noodles, seafood pancake, and beef with vegetable hot pot to share between 3 people. The portions were very generous and more than enough for us. All the food was very authentic, fresh, and delicious. Side dishes were nice as well. I need to talk about the seafood pancake because that was one of the best things I've ever eaten. They did not skimp on the seafood as it was absolutely full, and the whole thing was served on a sizzling plate to keep it crispy and hot throughout the meal. The texture of the pancake was perfectly chewy both from the batter and the seafood inside while maintaining a nice crisp exterior. I'm still thinking about it and will need to make a trip back to have it again. The beef hotpot was flavorful and large enough for 2 to 3 people to share. The cold soybean noodles were not as good compared to the other two, but that could just be an acquired taste we were not used to. Overall, a great experience, and I will be returning!
