I visited here for lunch a few years ago pre-pandemic and had a great experience. The food was good, as well as the service. A friend and I decided to come yesterday and upon entering, there was a tub of dirty dishes just sitting by the door. There were several empty glasses all over the bar. The hostess/waitress didn't speak. She flat out ignored us, knowing that we wanted to be seated. We had to speak first, and even then, she was dismissive. The vibe was completely different from my first visit. We just decided to leave and went some else where we were treated much better.

I love the atmosphere of the place but my main complaint is the bill. I was given a breakdown of my bill to include the taxes and surcharge which gave me a grand total of $68.46. When I gave them my credit card I get a totally different receipt for a grand total of $71.31 with another surcharge added for a grand total of $84.29. I caught the discrepancy as my friend was driving us home. I tried calling back to the restaurant and was put on hold twice until the restaurant closed. My server was William V. I can imagine others being overcharged on their card but I’m praying this was an honest mistake. However; a $15.83 overcharge may not be much in one card, but how many other overcharges were there. It’s the principle that I’m writing this and I want to speak with the owner.

Yikes. Been here 45 minutes waiting for a pick-up order that claimed it would have been ready an hour ago. Late, slow. Wish I had not prepaid. Would have been gone.
