UPDATE: 11/15/2021: After Dell reimaged by laptop, when repairing the battery and keyboard (?), I was no longer able to map to my other computers. Turned out to be a complex problem and thanks to Greg's knowledge and perseverance, he was able to get me back to the normal and expected networking environment! Definitely, the "GoTo Guy"! =========================================== Once again, I have had a very positive experience in dealing with computer issues beyond my capabilities. I miss not having him local in Fullerton, CA, but he is terrific on doing remote support! I can highly recommend Greg for most all of your computer needs and questions! A real Professional!
