They probably don't want to invest in the considerable IT infrastructure that would be necessary to maintain that system. Take Walmart as a comparator: they claim to have such a system through their app, but when you use it it's frequently inaccurate. Bottom line is this is simple in theory but expensive in practice as it requires diligent management...the main factor lacking in most retail environments today. Sorry about the lack of hope! I love HF but that's based on accepting their limitations.😏

Hi Carl, the local harbor freight employees don't answer questions on Google, but I've been recently and they have a good selection of jacks at the store that may suit your needs. I would call them if you're wondering about a very specific jack.
