My family and I had a great experience buying from Offroad Powersports. Kamen was great to work with. We came in the store a few times before we decided to purchase, and there was absolutely zero pressure to buy. Kamen was very patient with us and answered all of our questions regarding purchasing, financing, comparing other makes/models etc. Once we picked up our RZR, Kamen spent plenty of time with us making sure we knew about all of the features, accessories, maintenance, etc about our new machine. He didn't just sell it to us and try to rush us off the lot like I've seen with a few other dealers. If you are in the market for a Polaris side-by-side or four wheeler, I would definitely recommend Offroad Powersports. Update: in the eight months that I've owned my RZR, Offroad Powersports have definitely kept my family happy and riding with service beyond the sale. I've been in the store several times to ask questions about various parts and accessories; and they've always been willing to answer my questions. I've only had to take my RZR in for an issue once (not the RZR itself, but an accessory), and they were great to deal with. I'd still highly recommend them
