Ana always cuts my curly hair in a way that accents my curls. She listens to me when I tell her what I want and I walk out happy every time. This last appointment Is had changed hair products and was not happy with it's behavior. Ana explained to me what the product was doing and why I was unhappy. Thanks to Ana, my hair is back in track and I am happy with my hair.

Asked for a chestnut brown and got a really dark brown I could have achieved using box dye on my own. Cut is ok. Had a shaved line on one side by ear and it was trimmed haphazardly at the end of appt. Have had good work in the past but haircut always seems super quick and not precise. Not terrible. But also not worth $200
