I have visited/donated twice. All in all both have been good experiences. The techs I have had are very good. There were a couple of things I didn’t feel great about in the check in process, but nothing worth fussing about.

It was amazing but they would not let me go again because I had a bruise on my hand

I’ve been only twice. Some people are really nice, but it’s a very robotic system. Regardless of the long initial appointment that I was expecting, the regular registration process is frustrating and unprofessional as well. The systems do not work well and wastes a lot of donor time. They constantly apologize for it- but there’s no future intention to change it. I also had a phlebotomist enter me in the exact spot I told her she needed to avoid. At which time, she kept trying to painfully readjust the needle and then had to call for help. I was left with a huge hematoma and a sore arm for a week. Which, is exactly what I told her would happen. It doesn’t feel great to be ignored about your body. People will talk about your medical situation in another language right in front of you. It was just really disappointing. Today the ladies room was dirty and completely out of toilet paper. I was stranded until someone came in and then went and got me some. Fortunately my idle time wasn’t wasted. I got to stare at the bloody bandaid on the floor. It’s hard to trust a facility with your biological donation when the credibility is falling. Today, they didn’t care about me. The first time, they blatantly did not care for my body. I give three stars in hopes that they get better in the future. They do not pay well after the first month. I would recommend looking elsewhere. If conditions don’t improve, I will be going elsewhere to donate and their rating will drop to a one or two.

The first time I went it took me over 4h to get started then the second time I told them I have rollin veins and I asked her if she could do it and she said maybe. Well she got it but because it was slow she kept moving it around and then took it out and tried the other side could get it then told me I wasn't able to donate when I was she was messing with it. Then they didn't pay me for being there over 2h.

Yes. It is located in a strip mall right off of Route 30, between East & West York, down from The West Manchester Mall, fast food restaurants and stores.
Yes it is
You can donate twice a week. It's $110 for the first 10 donations and then $65 after that
100.00 first 10 donations
They are short staffed and have a hard time keeping up. It is best to stop in and talk to them in person
First 7 donations
Marcus Tucker, they can issue you a new one. I'm not sure how long it would take for you to get a new one.
