Wilshire Hills efficiency apartments have declined drastically. This will be 6years now and the rent increases annually. So if you wanna have a sense of security. This place is not it. Used to have a great maintenance guy who retired now it’s practically non existent. In a matter of a few years you could pay a mortgage for the price these no bigger than a hotel room efficiencies cost!
