Working with the local leasing agents has been extremely difficult, they rarely return calls, and are rude when you have to call multiple times in order to connect with them. They make promises they do not keep and then make excuses as to why they are not doing their job or providing necessary documents, etc. Completely disappointed in the lack of customer service and the run around that occurs when dealing with the employees on location.

An okay location with quiet residences but predatory billing processes. Laurel Ridge didn't perform a walk-through on move-out day and charged me through a collection agency a month later for whole-floor carpet replacement because of "staining that is difficult to see in pictures", did not provide me these photos when I raised a dispute, wouldn't offer me to visit the unit and verify the replacement although I now lived just a few miles away, and in the same bill charged me for 2 months of water utilities while doubling the set rate I signed my leasing agreement for, essentially devouring my security deposit down to the very cent. I still owed hundreds for something I can't even be sure was replaced. I will never rent with Morgan Properties again or recommend this community to anyone.

Understaffed leasing office takes over a week to process an application--obviously one agent can only do so much--but won't return calls or follow through on promises to communicate an effective ETA. We found another place--nicer and cheaper--before they finished the application we submitted (for a nonrefundable $100 fee!) over a week ago. Avoid this place if you don't have time and money to waste.
