I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! Customer service was poor the 2 years I've lived here and it was always difficult to get in touch with the property manager. Old house with holes that rodents could get in through and it took almost 6 MONTHS just to get maintenance to come and fill in the holes. The old pipes in the house that we had problems with weren't replaced until we told them we would withhold rent in an escrow, or pay for the repairs ourselves, provide a receipt and deduct it from the rent.(EDIT) I did not have any conversation about my security deposit with you. There were numerous reasons why I decided to move out of the property. I did you a courtesy of not telling my whole experience at the property. I would also like to mention that it wasn't until I started to CC somebody in management above the property manager that matters were taken seriously.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with that lied straight to me over the phone, twice. Waste of my time and energy and I will never view a property with them again.

I would not rent through them. I kept contact them talk to Noah about a house for rent he told me that we didn’t make enough then when I contact him again when I new exact how much my husband and I made then he denied us because he said it was our background. Then I emailed him again today about another place that near the other one he said it was all ready rented when the sign is still up. Then he said that he denied us before and if our background changes he can’t help us well with someone with attitude like that and won’t help us then I won’t rent from them any how we will keep looking .

They just buy the house where i live. They make a lease just some weeks ago and they are already taking care of wath the other landlor never fix for manny months. Nice people really good persons! They hear your needs and they taking care of the house so fast! God bless this company! Really nice persons!

Cats are accepted on a case-by-case basis. A non-refundable pet fee will be assessed for each pet. No more than 2 pets will be allowed. Hi Yvonne! Yes, anytime you submit an application, but there is someone else who has submitted their application for a particular rental ahead of yours, your application will be put on a waitlist. However, if there are other rentals you may have interest in, you may let our leasing team know and (if there are no pending applications for those rentals) your application can be processed for the other rental as well.
