Please save yourself and spend your money at a customer valued establishment. Today my boyfriend and his brothers were racially profiled by an employee here . My boyfriend went there due to the fact that a car he bought from them two years ago has had constant issues for the last year , so much money and work has been put into the car that we have lost all hope in it . When asked to test drive a car , the employee response was “do you even have credit ? If you don’t it will be a waste of both yours and my time .” As a business in sales you shouldn’t consider anyone walking through your doors as a waste of your time but a potential buyer . The plan was to pay for the car in full with cash . He asked if he can at least see the inside of the car the employee said “i can’t open the car and let you look inside without credit” . His closing statement before they left was “ This car is more for an older white male” . I am completely disgusted by the customer service from this employee to a RETURNING customer. Since when needing credit to look inside of a car a part of dealership policy . You’ve lost a sale because you looked at someone and assume what were in their pockets , TERRIBLE . The car he bought from YOUR BUSINESS , is why he was there today . Treat your customers better because you never know who is walking through the doors .
