YUH-MMY! Absolutely delicious food and staff was amazing! Friendly and sincere with great recommendations. Cilantro lime shrimp salad and pecan bread pudding were FANTASTIC! The outside atmosphere is so beautiful and inviting. Highly recommended!

The location and building was lovely. The service was very indifferent - not overly friendly but not rude either. It seemed like the kind of place where the service should reflect small town charm and should be really warm and welcoming, but it wasn’t. Out of everything we ordered, the brussel sprouts were the best. They were fantastic. The margarita pizzas were pretty good, the grilled cheese was tasty (however with the number of cheeses I did expect there would be a thicker and more gooey amount of cheese like some other gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches we’ve had though), and the chicken fried steak sandwich was also ok. We wouldn’t hurry back, but might stop again sometime to try something else.

You're going to be hard pressed to find an eatery within 100 miles as good as this. The service was fantastic, atmosphere is rustic and unique and the food is fantastic (and reasonable priced). My shrimp lime salad was so delicious I can't wait to be back in town to have it again. Well done!!!!!

Had lunch today, which was our second visit. First time was back in 2018 when we were out on a day trip looking at the local painted churches. Both visits were outstanding, and the high review ratings are well-earned. Yes, the Brussel sprouts appetizer is totally worth it, even if you don't think you like such a thing. I had the gourmet grilled cheese sandwich with an outstanding chutney and Dijon mustard to go with it. My wife had the fish tacos, which were awesome and extremely filling. The Mexican street fries that came with them had an awesome spice mix on them. Last quality test: The ice tea. In our experience, you can often tell whether a place is going to be good just based on its tea. This cafe has outstanding, strong ice tea. Bonus! Cool venue, excellent food, and great service across the board. Highly recommended.
